i got overdosed by neozep forte last 2011 by drinking 4 tablets..a year later, i drank again 8 tablets in one shot..starting from that, people have been hearing and seeing my thoughts..can I still be cured? i am 22 years old now..weight 46.5kg and height 4 8

Your question is slightly unclear. Are you feeling like your thoughts are being heard by other people? You feel other people can see what you think?? You can very much be treated. Please check into a good psychiatric facility as soon as possible. Stop any and all drugs you may taking without a prescription. Get well soon.
