Hi I was just wondering how i can get rid of phelm. Iam 47 yrs old female I,m 165cm .58kg .I have had sinus problems for many years .I saw an Ent about 3months ago and was feeling much better i have had this cold for about two weeks now.I,m non smoker and have no other health problems. thankyou. how can i get rid of phem

Hello,

It could be sinusitis. Antibiotics will be the treatment of choice. Steam inhalation can be tried to open up the clogged sinuses and for symptomatic relief.
