Facial melanosis can occur in thyroid dysfunction. On neck the skin change may be acanthosis nigricans. Consult the dermatologist for the perfect diagnosis and proper treatment. For facial pigmentation you may apply Kojic acid containing gel twice a day. And for neck lesions , apply salicylic acid 6% oint on neck at night. Take tab.vitamin C 1000 mg twice a day. Cleanse the face and neck with face wash containing glycolic acid.
