Hello. Thanks for writing to us at healthcaremagic
You seem to have developed Post Inflammatory Depigmentation, which can be a complication after a burn injury and is due to the direct insult to the melanocytes sustained during injury. Once the epithelium regenerates, the newly formed melanocytes will migrate from the hair follicle into the surrounding skin. This process can be hastened by topical application of moderately potent steroids e.g fluticasone propionate 0.05% cream, twice daily Or topical immunomodulators like tacrolimus ointment 0.1%. You can visit a dermatologist in your region. Your dermatologist might choose to prescribe either of these. Daily moderate sun exposure would also hasten re-pigmentation of the patches.
