Hello there. I empathise with you & dare say it is a problem many men share. There is no need to feel shy or conscious about it & there is a perfectly logical conclusion & treatment for it. First, one has to make sure there is no underlying fungal or mixed infection. Second, albeit you say your wife does not have a similar patch, she may be exhibiting signs of a genital fungal infection that you can easily acquire during sex or otherwise. Third, the creams for pigment lightening are many & will depend on your skin type, tolerance & budget et al. Sexual acts in the past may also predispose to similar pigmentation as also friction & bad hygiene, repeated fungal infections etc. It will be sensible to go visit a dermatologist in your area.
