A few weeks ago, my daughter had a pilondial absess. The physician lanced and drained it. For more than a week, she soaked in warm water with epsom salts, which helped. It appeared to be healed. Today, she has small red pimple in that same area that appeared to be bit greenish on the top. We removed the very tip and pushed on it a bit. It drained. Now she is soaking in a tub with epsom salts. Is it okay if we put triple antibiotic on the area a couple times a day? Once the area is not draining, may she go in the pool? In the ocean? In a lake? We want to make sure she isn t doing anything that could cause it to continue getting infected. Thank you for your help!
