How To Treat Pilonidal Cyst In Buttocks ?

I currently have a pilonidal cyst ranging from my the top of my butt crack running down it midline about 3 inches. A sinus developed their and it has popped and has been draining since about 4 pm yesterday. I have kept it clean and taken a warm bath followed by a shower at least 12 times since yesterday. I have used gauze also. I know I should probably go to the doctor's for this but I found out that my father did not transfer me over to his new health insurance. I guess my question is should I let it keep draining? and for how long? and just what do you think?
