How To Treat Pimple In Vulva With Itchiness And Greenish Smelly Discharge?

I have like a pimple in my vulva and it is itchy, i suspected that i have an herpes but its gone after two weeks i guess? but the itchiness continues until now and its third week already and has it redness then i'm discharging with greenish smelly one.. i don't have experience intercoursing but my ex boyfriend rubbed his penis on my vagina 7months ago .. and i have my current boyfriend and he rubbed his penis on my vagina 2 months ago but they said to me that they have no STD .. i'm scared with the result if i consulted to a gyne.. can someone help me?

Hello,
I have gone through your query and understand your concern.

As you suspected, you may have herpes infection.
But possibly you may have fungal infection and thus may have itching and redness.
Since you have a discharge that is greenish,foul smelling goes to say that you are having fungal infection with a super added bacterial infection of vagina.

You need further examination by your treating gynecologist to confirm the fungal infection.
She may prescribe antifungals like fluconazole or Terbinafine, if she suspects it to be fungal infection.
Further she may recommend you swab and examination under microscopy of the discharge to confirm whether it is fungal or some other bacterial infection.
If the results does not show any fungal features, then she may prescribe antibiotics.
It is necessary to get your partner treated too.
