How To Treat Pimples Noticed On Both Hands?

Dear Doctor;

I am now 45 Years, at my 16-17 years of age, I found few pimples are come out at my both hands (upper part of elbows and just from or bellow of two shoulders). I did not care because those were not painful and not irritable, only a substance like thin rice comes out when it was squeezes.

At the end of summer or hot, those are disappeared it selves. Even there are not a single scare is found in winter. But during the summer or hot days, those are spread out again...

More hot more pimples and gradually those were increased and spread out so many parts of my body at arms, neck, back (upper portion), shoulders and forehead but maximum are at back.

Last 2 yrs I am finding, those are stay through out the year and sizes are also bigger than earlier with white heads. Few of them are as big as boil and those are painful also.

I have a bad habit to squeeze those, as a reason those are forming into cyst and do not healing easily.

With in a day or 2 after squeezing, a yellowish substance was form and covered the cysts or boils or pimples with centralized modules which goes very deep under the skin that cannot be removed. Those are not erupt and drain out.

And it is more surprise, inside of every cyst/boils/pimples there are found some materials like plastic, polymers and others none biological ingredients.

Sir, I am suffering a lot, since long, so I cannot effort any more and peoples surrounding me are not accepting my presence like previous. Please help and advice me that my skin may glitter as previous.
