Hello and welcome to healthcaremagic

Post-inflammatory hyperpigmentation(PIH) is a common sequelae of acne. I would suggest that you use a topical retinoid e.g either Adapalene gel once daily at night or Azaleic acid 20% gel twice daily to gradually fade away the spots. Azaleic acid is my choice in my patients of PIH. It works for both acne as well as hyperpigmentation.
