How To Treat Pinch Nerve In The Neck Despite Taking Muscle Relaxers?

I HAVE HAD A PINCH NERVE FOR SEVERAL MONTHS. I BELIEVE IT IS IN MY NECK AREA. I HAVE BEEN TO A CHIROPRACTER AND IT SEEMS TO HELP TEMPORARILY. I HAVE ALSO BEEN TO A DOCTOR AND ALL THEY GAVE ME WAS MUSCLE RELAXERS THAT I DONT LIKE TO TAKE. IT IS AFFECTING MY QUALITY OF LIFE. WHAT DO YOU RECOMMEND? HOW CAN I CURE THIS?

Hi,

As per your description of the problem, I would suggest regular physiotherapy exercise.

Certain physiotherapy exercise will definitely help you for relieving pinch nerve.

You can take heat shock also. And if you want to discontinue the drug, I would suggest you meet your treating doctor and have the discussion with drug and find a solution in terms of the alternative.
