Hi , I was in a auto accident two weeks ago . I m 54 and had a similar injury in 2006. But this time I have loss of my gag reflex. Pain in the neck . My Dr. is sending me to another Dr. for swallowing. also I was supost to have Physical Therapy ( traction ) But she said she didnt want to do anything because of the no gag reflex. So what should I do . Should I ask the Doctors to do a MRI to see hat is really going on . I dont want to wast time . If this gets worse over many years because of this car accedent. and I could of done something . ?
