i am 18 year old i start masturbating since i was 13, 16 to 17 year i masturbated alot like 5 times a weak i am sick of masturbation addiction few some months i have urine problem ,premature ejacultation, weakness after masturbation , low sperm amount tired all the time , dark circles what i do now to recover this problem
