How To Treat Premature Ovarian Failure At A Very Early Age?

Dear Dr. Rida, Good Day :)I hope you are in good spirit.Honestly I heard about you from social media (Facebook) and about your kindness this what make me write to you. I am 27 years old girl( not married) I d like to know your opinion for my case.I have high FSH level.I have done the first blood test my FSH was 10.99 mUI/ml ( the test was done in day 3 of the period)This what make my doctor to ask me repeat the test after one month in additional to the AMH , my FSH become 19.3 mUI/ml and the AMH was 2.42 ng/ml.I repeated the test after 3 month the result of the AMH decreased to 1.00 ng/ml and the FSH is 14.4 mUI/ml.The doctor says that I have premature ovarian failure (POF) , the doctor advised me to make a surgery and save the remaining ovaries reserve and do freezing for them.Please also note that I have regular period and I discovered this by chance during regular check up.Kindly I would like to listen your opinion in my case.Your reply is greatly appreciated.Thank you & Best Regards Sent from my iPhone

Hello,

1. If your AMH is 1 then surely you are suffering from the less ovarian reserve for which you cab take tab Ovagyn.

It helps to maintain the ovarian follicles thereby reducing the burden on another ovary.

2. You can definitely adopt for cryopreservation as a method to preserve your Ova for future use.

3. Your doctor should see first the nature of the oocyte.
