Hi and thank you for choosing HCM to share your concern.
Chest pain is one of the most frequently complain that i see in my daily practice and is an important concern since it can be sign of serious heart or lung disease.
It would help me to judge better if i know your age, your medical history and your lifestyle but if i was your treating doctor i would recomend as initially diagnostic studies an ECG,Chest XRay since it is important to exclude coronary artery diseases or lung problems.
Wish you good health.
Kind regards
Dr.Dushi
