How To Treat Prolonged Left Sided Body Pain After An Injury?

Several weeks ago I fell and landed on my left side. I hurt my left arm (mostly elbow), a couple of ribs, and my groin. Everything is healing. My ribs no longer hurt. My elbow only hurts in one position. For 3 weeks I could not put any weight on my left leg. The last week I have been walking with a walker. How long before I can walk without the walker. Should I be putting weight on it? I seems as though the healing has stopped.
