i have been having pulsating dull lower abdominal pain for about 2 weeks. It doesn t hurt. I have also noticed that I have been getting up in the night to urinate, which I have not had to do so since I was a kid. I am a 50 year old women. I haven t had a period since March and before that for over a year my periods had been about every 2-3 months apart. The pain feels almost like I have Ben Gay on it. It has a warm sensation. Not warm to the touch, but a warm sensation. I had 3 C-sections. I almost feel like the pain runs paralell with my inner incision.
I think that you might be suffering from urinary tract infection. I would suggest you to have a urine routine investigation done. Also, I would suggest you to do your blood sugar test, start antispasmodic Drotaverine for cramping pain for 5 days and start urinary alkalizing syrups for 10 days, Utimac sachet can also be started.
Take care. Hope I have answered your question. Let me know if I can assist you further.
