How To Treat Purple Colored Penile Knob?

Yesterday, I pulled the foreskin on my penis back for the first time, the knob of my penis was of a slight purple colour and there was little white things stuck to it, in the shower today, i tried cleaning them off, but it hurts too much when i did, i did my best and got as much of the white stuff off, will it take a bit of time to get my penis fully cleaned from the white stuff if i never have cleaned it before?
And also will the purple colour of my knob go away as the area is cleaned up?
This is serious, please help ASAP!

Thanks for your query,based on the facts that you have posted it appears that you have noticed while deposit on glans penis on retracting your foreskin for first time .

This is called smegma and is dried deposits of mucus secreted by mucus glans in glans penis .

Please observe proper personal hygiene by retracting foreskin while taking bath and cleaning the entire glans and penis with warm water .

The purple coloured glans penis is a natural and nothing to be worried about,
