How To Treat Pus Filled Bumps Above The Penis?

I am a 25 year old male, 190lb. I have puss filled bumps above the penis. If pressed enough even blood comes out. It hurts upon touch. I have had them once or twice before in the past 4 years. I'm really curious as to what it is. Any help would really be appreciated! They stay for a couple days and then gone for a long time.

Hi,
It seems that there might be having some chronic skin infection over penis might give rise this problem.
This can be due to yeasty infection or dermatitis.
Apply triple action cream.
Keep local hygiene proper.
Ok and take care.
