How To Treat Puss Filled Boils On The Right Side Of The Testicles?

I have boils on the right side of my testicles. They are hard and I squeeze them and sometimes they pop but usually if they do puss shoots out like a compressed stream. I have even tried to stick needles in them to drain it but it is like a numb pebble that shows no sign of puss and bleeds more than anything. It has made me self conscious and now my scrotum is scared. Is there a reason for this and can hsv2 be ruled out. I'm very concerned.

HI dear patient.
First of all stop you obsession of fiddling with such boils. as you get superadded infection or tetanus .
Consult a Surgeon as these boils need to be excised as they are never incised.
Till then apply liquid povidone iodine locally.
