How To Treat Rash On My Stomach, Inner Thigh And Arms After Eating Oysters?

Hi, Dr. about a 1 wk 1/2 ago i noticed fungus on armpits then last monday I ate oysters and ever since Ive had a rash on my stomach ,inner thigh and arms? im trying anti-fungal creams and take oatmeal baths . it seems that the rash flares up .I need help please . its soooo annoying . ol

HI, thanks for using healthcare magic

The armpits, because they are a prone to moisture and friction , are common sites for fungal infection.
The other areas would be the groin area and inner thighs or under the breasts in female.

In addition to the antifungal creams, you would need to also consider reducing the moisture and friction in the area:
(1) avoid any occlusive or tight clothing
(2)keep the area separated with cotton or linen clothes
(3)use barrier protection such as zinc ointments
(4)you may also need to use a mild steroid cream to reduce the inflammatory reaction
