How To Treat Rash On Penis?
About 2 months ago I had a rash of some sort on my penis. After about a week, it turned into sores. It went away in about a week. Since then, it has come back twice, seems like every other week. Just started again 2 days ago and now I have a blister near the head. What could it be ?
