I have rashes on my penis from like a week ago. They do itch and after that a fluid comes out at times. I am just 18 and i have not had any sex at all. So it cant be an std right? What could be the reason then? What cream should i use? I am currently using lulifin

and don't apply any gel or cream without consultation.
any other signs and symptoms .
any problem in urination?
any local injury?
