General Surgeon 's  Response
Hello,

Stage4 cancer is difficult to cure by surgery. Chemotherapy may be option. So a biopsy may not have any role in treatment.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Take care

Regards,
Dr. Shinas Hussain
