Hello,

Redness of eyes responding to steroid eye drops - Pred Forte is unlikely to be due to infection. Accompanying difficulty in breathing / asthma like symptoms along with redness of eyes can be related and redness of eyes could be due to allergy. Pred forte should not be used for log period. Kindly, consult your ophthalmologist for definitive diagnosis and thus treatment.

Take care. Hope I have answered your question. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
