How To Treat Recurring Nerve Pain And Discomfort?

I began taking a 30 mg daily dose of Duloxetine about 5 months ago for depression and nerve pain following foot surgery. It helped considerably but now I seem to be having nerve pain and discomfort again. Should I be taking a higher dose or possibly a different drug?
