These are re acuring regularly the doctor has done numerous tests with no answers . Have had them for about 12 years would really like to know what is wrong with me
Hello and welcome to HCM, Sores on body with oozing of blood and pus suggests infection. Antibiotics usually clear away the infection. However, recurrence of the sores despite taking antibiotics suggests infection with a resistant strain. You need to get the discharge examined for micro-organism causing the infection. After identification of the organism drug sensitivity needs to be done to select the most effective antibiotic. Having soes for 12 years is strange as infections do not stay for this long period of time. A long history suggests a primary skin lesion also. You should also consult a dermatologist for clinical examination of the lesions.
