How To Treat Recurring Swelling And Redness On Labia Majora?

hi doc ,iam 27yrs old jharna,unmarried.
doc,since last few months i get repeated small reddish swellings on both sides of labiamajora.swelling is mostly 1 in no. at one time,but sometimes they are 2 too.its not confined to ant single area of labias.they are tender mostly,itch somtimes,but there is no any discharge from them.they last for 5-6 days,then resolve spontanoeusly with proper hygeine.
i have't got any treatment.
i am not suffering from any chronic condition.
plz help me out.thanx
