How To Treat Red And Itchy Rashes All Over The Body?

i am having red rashes all ober my body!!! it started yesterday at around 5pm.at night it started to disappear on its own..but from mornig ....rashes incresed it has reached my legs and toes...itching sensation is there..pls help!!! where is your hospital??
