General Surgeon 's  Response
Hello,

As per my clinical experience, the red blotchy patches after having sex (more likely if unprotected), may be in relation with possible sexually transmitted infection or disease. There are many instances where you will not get pus or bleeding type thing and lesion appears with agony.

The common one is Herpes manifestation and one has to be evaluated with the consultant physician for primary diagnosis.

Take care. Hope I have answered your question. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
Dr. Bhagyesh V. Patel, General Surgeon
