How To Treat Red Blotchy Skin On Feet Along With Splits In Between Small Toe And The Next?

Hi Doc,
I'm 68 male 185cm tall and 118 kgs.
I have red blotchy skin on the tops of my feet and recently I have noticed splits between my small toe & the one next to it
-like athlete's foot. I have dusted them with a special athlete's foot powder but
no imprivement.
Any suggestions please?
Cheers

Hello dear,
Welcome to healthcaremagic.
I have read your query and understood your concern.

It seems that you are suffering from the fungal infection known as tonea pedis.

In this condition, I usually prescribe tab fluconazole and topical clotrimazole cream.

But I need to be sure about diagnosis first.
I will advice you to put a pic of the lesions or consult your doctor in person ao that examination of the lesion can be performed.
As per details , it is my best advice for you
stay healthy.
