How To Treat Red Bumps On Face And Bottom?

My son has small red bumps on his face and bottom. He recently had a cold, that led to pink eye, that was treated with drops and since has cleared up (about 1 week ago) but now has red bumps on his face and bottom that seem to be increasing in number

Get the condition of cold treated.
Apply clindamycin cream over the affected area.
if it persists or worsen get a checkup done by a skin specialist.
