Hi,I am Dr. Shanthi.E (General & Family Physician). I will be looking into your question and guiding you through the process. Please write your question below.
I ve had these redish pinkish bumps on my vaginal lip at first they would come and go but for 5 months now there was only 1 bump when I finally popped it another one appeared not to long from then and they are very painful to touch. I looked it up they said it was vagina pimples so I thought they would go away if I keep treating them but it didn t so now I dont know what to do and they are noticeable. Please help
As per my clinical experience, the red pink bumps on vaginal lip may be part of soft tissue lesion of various causes. The chronic fungal infection, bacterial infestation and viral cause in terms of Herpes do cause similar manifestations. As over a long period of time, the lumps are there and annoying, I would request a clinical check up with your OBGYN or family care physician to get best possible guidelines of cure.
Take care. Hope I have answered your question. Let me know if I can assist you further.
Regards,
Dr. Bhagyesh V. Patel, General Surgeon
