How To Treat Redness On Neck Caused Due To Cellulitis?

I was diagnosed with cellulitis of the neck a little over a month of go. The cause was a tick bite under the chin. I was placed in the hospital for 4 days and treated with antibiotics around the clock. My neck is still red on both sides and is white going down the front. I have also been battling shingles. 2 mild outbreaks in one month. I have also been batling my toes itching on the front. I know that it is not athletes foot. They will get red on both sides of crease on all toes and itch really bad with no relief offered by any creams. Please help me.

HI
Well come to HCM
I really appreciate your concern, if this is the infection condition then it need to be managed with antibiotic and anti-inflammatory drug and best option would be "Tab Ibuprofen 400 mg three time in day and Tab Amoxicillin with Clavulanic acid, twice in day, but in my opinion such condition need to be clinically examined, hope this information helps, take care and have a nice day
