Hi..
Welcome to HEALTHCARE MAGIC..

I have gone through your query and can understand your concerns..

As per your complain it seems that you have an ear infection along with fluid accumulation behind the eardrum blocking the Eustachian tubes leading to blocked feeling
I would suggest you to consult an Otolaryngologist and get evaluated and an Otoscopic examination can help in diagnosis and treatment can be done accordingly..
You can be advised to take a course of antibiotics, anti inflammatory painkiller, decongestant Oral as well as Nasal along with antibiotic ear drops..
You can also be advised medicines like Amitrityline, Diazepam etc to help with Tinnitus..
In case if symptoms does not improve surgical drainage of ears followed by placement of Pressure Equalization tubes can help..
You should get the treatment continued properly as otherwise there can be loss of hearing .

Hope this information helps..

Thanks and regards.
