I seem to have an infection inside my right nostril. It is swollen, extremely sore, and you can easily see crusty, scab looking things. Also occasionally leaks a clear liquid, and the center skin between my two nostrils is very red/pink in color. This is about the 3rd incident of this kind over the last year or two. Usually scabs over then goes away. This time definitely the worst episode. Any info would be helpful.

Topical and oral antibiotics with topical nasal saline drops / sprays with anti-inflammatory drugs help in curing this condition. Also I would suggest to rule out diabetes by blood glucose tests.
