How To Treat Scabs On Buttocks?

I have scabs on my buttocks that have been there for a few years and won t heal, I ve tried multiple things but don t know what to do, I m a minor and I m scared to ask my parents to take me to get help, I m not sexually active but I m scared of what is happening.

Hi
These can be due to healing of acneform lesions.
Apply topical antibiotic like neosporin ointment or benzoyl peroxide 2.5 percent gel on the affected areas twice daily for 3-4 weeks.
