How To Treat Semi Hard Lump Inside The Clitoral Hood?

Lately inside my clitoral hood I've had this small semi-hard lump with a line running from it. When I squeeze it, I feel something pop, but it always comes back and sometimes it is uncomfortable/gets in the way. There is no change on the outside, just a hard lump inside the clitoral hood.Could this be an infection or cyst? What is the best way to treat it and do I need to be worried?
