How To Treat Sensitive Skin With Pimple Marks?

Hi Doctor, I am 24 years old with sensitive skin. I have a pimple mark on my nose which is very irritating me. The age of the mark is 6years and still not leaving me. Can you please suggest how should i get rid of this? I look very fair but this dark spot making me ugly. Need an permanent answer.

Hello,
Thank you for posting on HCM.
From your description though it seems you are having pigmentation but it must be a scar left out by acne.
The best treatment would be fractional Co2 Laser treatment by a certified dermatologist.
Additionally, if treated with dermaroller or chemical peel with 100% Trichloracetic acid (CROSS Technique) more gratifying results can be achieved.
