How To Treat Sensitiveness And Redness On Penis Shaft Quickly?

An area on the shaft of my penis peeled and has become sensitive. It is red and appears to be a friction burn. It keeps getting very close to healing but I do something and it becomes irritated again. Is there any way to speed up the healing process?

Hi,
it seems that there might be having infected friction bum.
You might require one course of antibiotic for 3-5 days to get healing fast.
Apply antibiotic cream locally.
Maintain local hygiene proper.
