How To Treat Sensitivity In Clitoris And Frequent Urge To Urinate?

For about 4 days around my clitoris has been extra sensitive nad i feel like i need to urinate all the time and it is a bit painful just after urinating although not in a burning way as it has been when i've had cystitis before but i assumed it was cystitis and have taken 2 days of sachets which haven't helped at all. The pain in not constant, it is stronger when i feel i need to urinate but sometimes it disappears all together, any ideas?
