How To Treat Severe Abdominal Pain Inspite Of Taking Panadol?

hi I am suffering a lower abdomen pain.when I am simply walking I feel like I have to clutch it with my hands to prevent the pain. I took panadol last night it hurts less now but walking around I could steel feel little pain.last night I suffer fever but now fever is gone..what do u think it is. I am 33 years old and married with no children.

I really appreciate your concern, as long as the lower abdomen pain is concern in female this could be due to anything right from the urinary tract infection, urinary stone, bladder cystitis, vaginitis , uterus related pathologies, and these all needed complete investigation, but only when such pain does not responds to symptomatic medicines, else most of the time this could be nonspecific, and no need worry about this, take care.
