How To Treat Severe Anxiety And Panic Attack While Having Major Depression?

My psychiatrist made me have an anxiey attack, so I didn't get evaluated.. But I really want to know how bad my anxiety is.. I have terrible anxiety. I have bad memory. I worry about the future a lot, any every-day challanges make me worried sick, I worry about any day current problems, minor issues like going out of my house to school make me have bad anxiety, I try to stop feelng so anxious but I can't help feeling this way... When I get worried about anything or I expect something bad to happen, I get a horrible panic attack.I always feel tired, and I have a hard time concentrating. I also have this weird deja-vu feeling all the time, which makes me sick with worry every time I feel it. I've been diagnosed with Major Depression. But I feel as if I have more than just that.

Hi thanks for asking question.
Our routine life is surrounded with lots of tension and problem.
First you should try behavioural therapy for depression.Try to avoid the condition that lead to panic attack.Whenever problem try to solve it with calm mind and be relaxed with taking deep breath.
Here are some suggestion for you.
Join the jim and do regular exercise with some group , it will relieve you from depression on long term.
Accorrding to few study lavender oil inhalation is helpful.
Do regular yoga and meditation.
Endulge your self in some activity whenever you free , keep connected with family or freinds.
Go on regular walk daily at evening at nearby garden.
If still no benefit then alprazolam or fluoxetin like drug can be taken.
