Our routine life is surrounded with lots of tension and problem.
First you should try behavioural therapy for
depression.Try to avoid the condition that lead to
panic attack.Whenever problem try to solve it with calm mind and be relaxed with taking deep breath.
Here are some suggestion for you.
Join the jim and do regular exercise with some group , it will relieve you from depression on long term.
Accorrding to few study lavender oil inhalation is helpful.
Do regular
yoga and
meditation.
Endulge your self in some activity whenever you free , keep connected with family or freinds.
Go on regular walk daily at evening at nearby garden.
If still no benefit then alprazolam or fluoxetin like drug can be taken.
