I have been going to pain management for 10 yrs. for back pain (had sugery that made it worse) had reconstructive have surgery knee surgery on both knees, my neck needs surgery (which I won t have done) but I have been drug tested the whole time sometimes every moth sometime once every 3 months it is so expensive and I have insurance I was just curious by law how often are they required to test you. Never had a dirty urine test ever! just wonder how often according to the law for Ohio. Thank you very much!
