As per your query you have pimples on your face which are filled with pus . Well this is very common problem among teens . There can be many factors responsible for pimples like hormonal changes , stress , oily skin and excessiv exposure to sun . I would suggest you to wash your face with face wash containing benzoyl peroxide then apply cream containing azelaic acid which is safe and very effective . Apply vitamin E before going to bed to fine texture of skin . Exfoliate your skin with non comedogenic exfoliant oncw a week to remove dead skin . If condition doesn't get better in a month then consult dermatologist for proper diagnosis and treatment . Doctor may prescribe retinoid ointment and antibiotic like clindamycin. Eat fresh fruits and vegetables also drink plenty of water ,
Hope your concern has been resolved.
