How To Treat Severe Hair Loss Caused Due To Stress?
Hi doc, I am 23 years old. Female. I m having severe hairloss. I have tired everything from oils to vitamins nothing seems to work. I am a fit person with no ailments or deficiencies. I am having a lot of stress due to this since my hair has become very thin. Plz help me. Thanks.

Hello
Hair loss is mostly due to some vitamin deficiency like vitamin e and minerals like zinc so you have to take those drugs which contain both. Also hair loss may be familial, look for a similar family history and it may be due to exposure to some chemicals at your workplace or toxic water which you use. Take care of these things. Also use minoxidi 2%l cream on hair line for at least 6 months. You can also some mineral oils for hair rich in vitamins and zinc. Hope that answer the question. Thanks
