Hi Dear ,

As per your query you have headache due to stress in neck muscles . Well there can be many reasons for stressed neck muscles and headache , but in your case it seems to me that it occur due to two reasons that is :-

- Firstly it can be due to problem of trapezius muscle , which usually ocur to due stress or long time sustain posture .

- Secondley it can be due to cervical spondolysis .

I would suggest you to do back muscles or neck stretching exercises and also start physical therapy of neck muscles . Avoid hadr exercise and sustain posture like working on computer . take ibuprofen or acetaminophen for pain . If condition doesn't get better in 2-3 days then consult orthopedic surgeon for proper checkup . Doctor may order x-ray or CT scan . Doctor may prescribe muscle relaxant or anti inflammatory .

Hope your concern has been resolved.
