How To Treat Severe Menstrual Irregularity With Pain And Large Clots In A 37 Years Old Female?

I am concerned about my periods. I am 37 had an ablation about 9 years ago with no period until about a yeat ago. They were very ligth at first, not they are coming every two weeks heavy at times, painfull and large clotting? Not sure what is going on.

Hello madam ,

You would have probably undergone ablation for endometrial hyperplasia, that had stopped the cycles.

Now painful heavy bleed indicates recurrence of the condition. Tissue sampling of the endometrium and ultrasound are the further investigations required.
