hi my name is teleese i get bad migranes so bad that i have this bad pressure in the front of my head and around my eyes, feels like my head is about to explode, i mean its is so bad. this has been going on for over a month now and i m getting worry what should i do? and what could this be?

Hello,

Drugs like triptans will be useful. Avoid sleep deprivation and smoking as it might worsen the symptoms. If symptoms persist better to consult a neurologist and get evaluated.
