How To Treat Severe Pain In Left Leg While Having Degenerative Bone Disease?

I have PAD along with degenerative bone disease of the hips and back, I usually get trigger shots in the lower back and hips through pain management, however the last shots were a month ago, I had a lapse in insurance and unable to get the shots. Lately, I have been having excruciating pain in left leg, with swollen left foot, unable to get out of bed, also my leg locks up at the knee and I require assistance to relax my leg, which is painful and have been having to walk with a cane, i dont know what is going on and I am scared. Can you help me.

HI
Well come to HCM
I really appreciate your concern, pain that you have may not be due to hip degenerative pathology but it could be due to muscular spasm of leg muscles and it can be well managed with Tab Chlorzoxazone with Diclofenac once in day, try to maintain good posture, sciatica also need to be ruled out hope this information helps.
I find this answer helpful
